This was an article that I wrote in 2014 in the beginning of my college days at Marymount Manhattan. I was very proud of having my name in the school's newspaper so I had to include it here. It's important to know, that I didn't graduate at this college, but years later at City College of New York. The reason being is personal health. I still look back to that day when I had to get over my fears of being self-conscious and shy; to interview a person for this article. At that point in my life, journalism was something that I was interested in, but throughout the years my focus had to be creative writing and I'm glad I ended up with that major in the end. I will always look back to this article, because it has changed my outlook on life and my ability to improve my writing skills.
