A Little Change Here and There

Haven’t posted in a long while. Been in a rut and struggling mentally.

I decided to take a break from reading Descendants of the Crane by Joan He. It’s a lot to take in and right now my brain capacity is at its lowest. There is so much going on in this novel, and the plot jumps from one thing to the other. I will put it to the side and read it in the future.

For now, I will be starting Burned by Ellen Hopkins. I had this on my shelf for what seems like forever and never touched it. I read the back and it’s a bit religious which I’m not a huge fan of but I’m going to give it a chance.

Did anyone read Burned? Did you ever start a book that you had to put away for a while, if so what was it?
